The ball rolls on the precision-ground four-row rolling surface, and the ball row is circulated by the end plate incorporated in the LM block.
By adopting a ball retainer, mutual friction between balls is eliminated and grease holding power is improved, so low noise, excellent high speed, long life and long-term maintenance-free are realized.
It is a compact type with a low cross-sectional height and has a ball contact structure that is resistant to loads in the radial direction, making it ideal for horizontal guides.
Since the ball contact structure is strong against the load in the radial direction, the amount of displacement in the radial direction is small when the radial load is applied, and stable running accuracy can be obtained.
Since the LM block can be mounted from the bottom, it is ideal when the through holes for mounting bolts cannot be drilled in the table.
