THK LM Block (SHS Type)

The ball rolls on the precision-ground four-row rolling surface, and the ball row is circulated by the ball retainer and the end plate incorporated in the LM block.
Since each ball row is arranged with a contact angle of 45 degrees so that the same rated load is applied to the four directions (radial direction, reverse radial direction, lateral direction) acting on the LM block, it can be used in any posture. It can be used for a wide range of purposes.
Since a well-balanced preload can be applied, it is possible to increase the rigidity in four directions without difficulty while maintaining a constant coefficient of friction.
It is a dimensional design that conforms to the world standard size.
Due to the effect of the automatic adjustment ability by the front combination (DF set) of the circular arc groove, the mounting error can be absorbed even if a preload is applied, and high-precision and smooth linear motion can be obtained.
The flange is tapped.
It can be installed from either the top or bottom.
It is used when the table cannot be drilled with through holes for mounting bolts.
It is a type with a longer overall length and an increased rated load.
