THK LM block (HSR type)

The balls roll on the precision-ground rolling surface, and the ball train is circulated by the end plate built into the LM block.
Since each ball row is arranged with a contact angle of 45 degrees so that the same rated load is applied to the four directions (radial direction, reverse radial direction, lateral direction) acting on the LM block, it can be used in any posture. It can be used for a wide range of purposes.
Since it is a well-balanced 4-row arrangement, sufficient preload is given, and the rigidity in 4 directions can be increased without difficulty.
Due to the effect of the automatic adjustment ability by the front combination (DF set) of the circular arc groove, the mounting error can be absorbed even if a preload is applied, and high-precision and smooth linear motion can be obtained.
There is no differential slip of the ball against preload or eccentric load, smooth operation is obtained, and it has excellent wear resistance, so accuracy is maintained for a long period of time.
The narrowed width and tapped type are ideal for compact designs.
It is a type with a longer overall length and an increased constant load.
