HOZAN (HOZAN TOOL INDUSTRIAL) surface resistance meter

This high-performance surface resistance meter features pass/fail judgment and data storage. It can measure the resistance of ESD protection items in accordance with RCJS, JIS, IEC, and ANSI standards, helping to maintain and manage the quality of ESD protection items. Its measurement range covers a wide range of items, from equipment (e.g., conductive color mats) to the human body (e.g., wrist straps). Its pass/fail judgment function (LED illumination/buzzer sound) allows for customizable thresholds, enabling it to be used for various purposes, such as internal management values and standard values. Its intuitive judgment makes it ideal for field workers. Measurement results can be saved to an SD card or output directly to a PC via the output terminal.*1 Additionally, barcode information can be added to measurement results by connecting a commercially available barcode reader.*2 Linking measurement results to the object being measured significantly reduces the workload of field managers. The built-in thermo-hygrometer (non-calibration/reference value) is automatically added to measurement results. It also has a two-mode measurement function. (Switchable between hold/constant measurement modes) In hold mode, the measurement value is held for the measurement time specified by the standard (after 15 seconds) and automatically turns off after 5 seconds. *1.
