The wide measurement range makes it ideal for measuring the surface resistance (RTT, RTG) of various materials. The auto-range function eliminates the need to switch measurement ranges each time. Various optional measurement probes can be connected to enable measurements suited to the application. Up to 100 measurement values can be stored in memory.
