Description
Accurate, free phase alignment in both the axial and rotational directions allows for precise fastening. Simple, uniform pressure applied by the hydro system makes installation easy and speedy, with no skills required. Fastening in a short time using a single bolt. The shaft and hub can be fastened easily and quickly using a single bolt.
With an excellent concentricity of 0.02 mm, it is ideal for places where high precision is required and frequent attachment and detachment is required.
The structure tightens from the radial direction so it doesn't take up much space.
Operating principle: The pressure medium sealed in the chamber is pressurized by tightening the pressure screw and moves into the sleeve. The pressure of this pressure medium is applied from inside the sleeve, causing the shaft side sleeve to contract and the hub side sleeve to expand, fastening the shaft and hub via the sleeve.
