To initiate a hazardous operation, both operators must be activated within 0.5 seconds. This is called synchronous actuation. If either of the two push buttons is released during a hazardous operation, the control sequence is automatically cancelled. The user can resume the hazardous operation using both push buttons and reactivate them within the required time interval.
