Prime
Prime is an X-ray fluorescence spectrometer developed by PURERAY Instrument for the non-destructive coating analysis. It can be widely used in electroplating and chemical plating industries. The analyzer adopts a USA AMPTEK customized Si-PIN detector, an embedded computer with a 10-core CPU and the Smart FP algorithm. Without standard samples, the spectrometer can measure the thickness and composition of coatings at the same time. It can fast and accurately analyze 4-layer coatings.
