Eaton Bussmann Series - CAMaster Series. The CAMaster Series fully shrouded HRC fuse holder features a cam that allows for easy removal of the carrier from the fuse base. This increases contact pressure between the fuse carrier and fuse base contacts, improving electrical performance. The fuse carrier is designed for easy installation of 2- and 3-pole fuses. This modular fuse holder improves circuit protection and safety associated with electrical circuit isolation by simultaneously removing the appropriate associated poles. While this fuse holder is front-connected, it offers a unique conversion feature. Rear stud accessories allow standard fuse holders to be converted from front-connected to rear stud and rear dual stud connection types. The fuse holder cable termination features a stainless steel saddle and hardened termination screws that maintain a permanent cable clamp against the profile contact plate. The unique, easy-to-use design allows for high tightening torque without damaging the cable or threads, and is able to withstand high cable pull-out forces for long-term reliability. The fuse holders come with pre-terminated screws already backed out to allow cable insertion and are held in place by a captive hinge to prevent loss and facilitate easy installation. This series of fuse holders offers two mounting options, compatible with both panel and DIN rail mounting. The DIN rail mounting feature is manufactured to the same height and depth per standard DIN rail dimensions. The live parts of this fuse holder are completely enclosed within the fuse base by a hinged inner shield. The hinged design of this shield allows for insertion of the fuse carrier only by aligning it to protect the fuse and holder during installation. The fuse holders are equipped with marking labels for easy circuit identification and are compatible with neon clip-in indicator accessories to easily identify fuse status.
