NEW AGE INDUSTRIAL U-Boat Platform Truck

These aluminum-deck platform trucks have a long, narrow deck and one or two tall handles that fold down to save space when storing the trucks. Also known as U-boat platform trucks and L-platform trucks, they are used for moving tall stacks of packaged goods and other boxed items. The trucks have two rigid casters at the center of the deck and four swivel casters at the corners of the deck that allow the trucks to pivot 360° when maneuvering in tight spaces such as aisles in warehouses, supermarkets, retail stores, and stock rooms. They have a corrosion-resistant aluminum deck and are lighter than platform trucks with stainless steel or steel decks. The trucks' deck sits low to the ground to minimize the distance heavy or bulky materials must be lifted when loading and unloading the trucks.
