Problem Solving Lubricant
Air duct lubrication consistently faces various performance challenges and safety threats. Current oils often thicken when exposed to water, forming clogged clumps at joints. Omega 605, on the other hand, emulsifies immediately to form a surface-preservative barrier that flows freely without localized clumping or sticking at joints.
 
Stay Stable
At low temperatures, conventional oils become thick and sluggish, and at high temperatures they become thin and ineffective. Omega 605 contains a special "synergist" that prevents viscosity changes and maintains the density of its composition, even when the operating temperature of the equipment or the environment changes.
 
Multipurpose
Although Omega 605 is specifically designed to work in air lines, to meet and exceed all their requirements, this lubricant is also perfectly suited for the lubrication of pneumatic equipment.
 
Anti-Foam
Omega 605 is fortified with Omega's special supplemental ingredients, designed to prevent foaming. Conventional oils have a marked tendency to foam. Foam contains oxygen, which causes oxidation. Oxidation is the precursor to internal corrosion of equipment, a form of metal cancer.
