Omega Super Fluoroether Grease

Omega 28 is a completely new and special Fluoroether Synthetic Grease with excellent resistance (non-reaction) to a wide range of chemicals in addition to being highly resistant to oxidation and having outstanding thermal stability – even under various severe application conditions. Omega 28 is even resistant to hydrocarbon fuels and most solvents, in addition to providing excellent lubrication qualities.

Omega 28 is non-toxic, adheres strongly to the lubricated surface, and resists degradation. It is also non-flammable and 100% resistant to degradation by oxidation and most common solvents. It is also compatible with most plastics and elastomeric sealing materials at specific operating temperatures.

Omega 28 is designed and engineered to withstand a wide range of critical lubrication conditions previously impossible to tolerate with conventional greases, such as lubricating pipe threads for high-pressure oxygen pipelines, and for a wide range of seals, threads, fittings and stems used in various liquids, gases and heavy-duty vacuum operating conditions.
Omega 28 has exceptional stability so that thermal degradation usually does not occur unless exposed to temperatures exceeding 500°F (260°C). This grease provides exceptional lubrication in severe applications requiring chemical and fuel resistance, as well as in applications where improved film strength at high temperatures is required.
