Omega Super Corrosion-Control Grease

Omega 95 with its new formulation is the latest generation of Omega's flagship grease for dealing with harsh corrosive environments and salt water. It boasts extremely heavy load-bearing capacity, exceptional water resistance, unmatched mechanical stability, excellent resistance to corrosion and oxidation, and exemplary performance in high-temperature applications. Omega 95 will continue to lubricate, even when immersed in water or under high-pressure washdown conditions, where no conventional grease can withstand these conditions.

The new Omega 95 now still provides higher water resistance performance and even when immersed in water, because it has a “density greater than water” character. This improved Omega 95 is not only able to withstand high temperatures, but also performs well at very low temperatures of -23°C (10°F) or conditions like the north pole!!! Omega 95 also contains absolutely no heavy metals or additives that are harmful and not friendly to the environment, so the lubricant is suitable for use in water dam gates and canal equipment mechanisms and clean water lakes, etc.
With the increased purity of the new Omega 95 formulation, traditional lubrication of equipment and docks - including ship repair/building equipment - can be further expanded to include steam washers used in bottling plants, slaughterhouses, etc., where wet conditions are combined with high heat and high pressure water washing.
