'Magnetiferrous' Materials
Omega 99 contains synergistic ferrous diesenitic materials that form a sequential network with hydrocarbonate materials, and become highly active when exposed to oxide molecules (which cause corrosion and rust). Rapid disintegration then occurs, where the oxides become neutral and then "dissolve." This, in turn, forms safe hydrogen oxides, some of which evaporate and some are "washed away," leaving the metal surface sterile and corrosion-free.

Omega 99 provides long-term protection and facilitates the removal of parts stuck due to oxidation. Omega 99 forms a smooth, yet strong film that protects the metal beneath.
Common solvents used to loosen stuck components often cause more damage to the component and surrounding areas than they do to loosen or remove them. Omega 99 is completely safe and will not damage or corrode, making it difficult to remove stuck components.

Working Temperature Range
Omega 99 remains stable in the temperature range between -130°C to 1093°C (or -200°F to 2000°F), making this lubricant suitable for 99% of the working conditions of any machine or equipment.
