Radiator Rust Inhibitor and Water Pump Lubricant
Perhaps the most overlooked component of a car or truck is the cooling system. Most vehicle owners give the cooling system little attention.
The cooling systems of modern engines now face two major challenges: lack of lubrication and rust. Lack of lubrication can lead to premature failure of the water pump, as well as thermostat sticking and malfunction. Rust can, and often does, cause complete radiator failure.
Current Problem
Surveys show that one in five vehicles experiences cooling system failure each year, particularly during the summer. While a cooling system failure in a private vehicle is annoying, such a failure in a commercial vehicle such as a truck or lorry, or a mining or construction vehicle can be catastrophic and typically results in significant losses in lost production and repair costs. A single vehicle failure often results in losses far beyond the cost of that single vehicle. Significant production losses, disrupted plans, wasted labor, delayed deliveries, and lost customers can be very costly, resulting from a commercial vehicle cooling system failure.
The cooling systems and radiators in modern vehicles have to work harder than their predecessors. It's more important than ever to use Omega 906 water pump lubricant and radiator conditioner. Today's vehicles are far more susceptible to cooling system failure than ever before.
Internal combustion engines have a thermal efficiency of only about 25%. Seventy-five percent of this energy is wasted, mostly as heat. If this excess heat is not properly dissipated, it can cause damage to both the transmission and engine components. The cooling system must absorb and dissipate approximately half of this heat through various mechanical components and the fluid in the radiator (only a small percentage of air-cooled vehicles).

Formula
Use 2 1/2 ounces for every 2 gallons of coolant every 5,000 miles. (78 ml of Omega 906 for every 10 liters of coolant every 8,000 km.) For surfaces with heavy mineral deposits and corrosion, repeat the system flush at more frequent intervals until all mineral deposits are removed.
How to Use
If the engine is cold, open the radiator cap. Drain the radiator through the drain plug or drain plug. To speed up the draining process, the drain plug and drain plug can also be removed.
Replace the drain block bolt and close the dryer drain. Fill the cooling system with water.
Run the engine until it reaches normal operating temperature with the heater engaged. Then, empty and refill the system as in steps 1 and 2 several times, until the water draining out is almost clear.
Empty the system completely, then tightly close the dryer duct and reinstall the bolts. If the system has a refrigerant recovery system (a reserve refrigerant reservoir), flush it with water and empty it.
Add Omega 906 according to the measurements and fill the system with water.
Run the engine for 15 minutes with the radiator cap open.
Turn off the engine. On systems with coolant recovery (a coolant reserve reservoir), the coolant level should reach the radiator overflow tube, and the coolant reservoir should be filled to the full mark. Reinstall the radiator cap and check for leaks in the system, including hose clamps.
