Omega Multi-Grade Hydraulic Oil

Omega 606 is a high-viscosity multi-grade hydraulic oil with a stronger lubricating film than other hydraulic oils. Omega 606 is designed to deliver outstanding performance without the need for replacement for up to 10 years.
 
Viscosity
With its high viscosity index, Omega 606 ensures constant pressure, high levels of volumetric efficiency, and prevents slippage and proper wear, unlike most hydraulic oils made from naphthanized crude oil and other low-grade sulfur oils, or reprocessed used oils.
 
Resistant to Temperature Changes
Omega 606 reduces wear and energy loss due to friction by resisting rising temperatures. Some hydraulic oils are made from Iranian, Nigerian, Qatari, Ratawi, or other low-grade heavy crude oils, which are susceptible to temperature fluctuations. This can result in pressure loss, unnecessary energy consumption, and slow, jerky operation.
 
Lubricant Power
The oil in a hydraulic system must also provide exceptional lubrication for moving parts. Omega 606 lubricates friction-prone parts, ensuring smooth movement. The special mineral base oil, a paraffinic type, makes Omega 606 a unique hydraulic oil.
 
Oxidation and Wear Resistant
Omega 606 is a high-grade oil that combats oxidation. Low-grade oils have a high acidity level (which leads to corrosion throughout the hydraulic system). Omega 606 is also fortified with a special metal deactivator, which, combined with Omega 606's exceptional lubricating properties, reduces metal-to-metal friction and minimizes wear.
