Omega 65 is a 'primer' lubricant specifically designed for the maintenance and preservation of a wide variety of modern chains, cables and wire ropes.
Omega 65 contains polymer powder in the form of methacrylate in the right percentage. This special additive at the time of important and critical boundary formation eliminates the flow or spillage of lubricant. This lubricant has a strong attraction to metal, thus providing adhesion between surfaces to prevent squeeze-out, even at the critical CDAP (Change Direction Apex Point). Facts show that 90% of lubricants used on chains, cables, wire ropes experience squeeze-out within the first four hours of use!

Omega 65 protection includes reduced movement and high-speed equipment, as Omega 65 has multiple surface tenacity, preventing it from “throwing away.” Conventional lubricants, often referred to as chain, wire rope, or cable lubricants, quickly lose their strength and reduce equipment flexibility, which irritates the surface and causes jamming. Even the initial lubrication during manufacturing often leaks and dries out. This is often caused by insufficient or low film strength, lack of good adhesion, dripping (which also makes equipment susceptible to corrosion and oxidation), and sensitivity to weather changes.
