Omega Industrial Oil Concentrate

Omega 904 is a concentrated industrial oil, scientifically designed to increase work efficiency and reduce maintenance tasks due to machine jams.
 
Special Additives
Omega 904 contains special reinforcing additives, including 'EP', anti-wear and anti-oxidation. EP and anti-wear additives enable safe and efficient engine operation under high load conditions. Due to increased pressure on moving parts, ordinary oil is squeezed out, and as a result, direct metal-to-metal contact causes localized welds. As the pressure continues, these welds cut through and become areas of heavy wear. Omega 904 interacts with metal surfaces and forms chemical compounds that provide lubrication, even under very high pressures, thus preventing the metal from various damages.
When petroleum lubricants oxidize, their viscosity increases and petroleum oxyacids (acid contamination) form. Omega 904's anti-oxidation additive eliminates this undesirable effect and significantly extends oil life.
 
Friction Reduction
Omega 904's high melting point allows it to maintain a protective lubricating film between contacting surfaces, while reducing drag and high operating temperatures. This additive also eliminates cutting, metal friction, turning, and jamming of machine and equipment components.
 
Multipurpose
Omega 904 is so versatile that it can be used in all types of gearboxes, transfer cases, transmissions, and vee-drives. It can also be used in all automatic or semi-automatic lubrication systems and in all types of oil lubrication systems.
