Description
Omega 35 is a special grease that is highly stable at high temperatures and is designed to continuously lubricate parts where ordinary greases can "crust" and form abrasive elements that damage equipment. Inui grease consists of ashless synthetic raw materials, a "carrier" element mixed with a highly concentrated, super-micronized, ultra-fine mesh of Megalite Solid Lubricant (MSL).
How It Work
Omega 35 has a unique lubrication principle. The balanced proportion of synthetic carrier and highly refined Megalite solid lubricant gives Omega 35 excellent penetration, spreadability, and superior lubrication quality.
The synthetic material simply acts as a "carrier" for the solid lubricant, allowing it to be transported to the parts to be lubricated. When operating temperatures rise to a level that causes deformation, the "carrier" material burns off, leaving the MSL in place. The MSL continues its unmatched anti-friction lubrication.

Omega 35's MSL is far superior to other high-temperature lubricants on the market, such as molybdenum disulfide (commonly called "moly"). While moly is capable of high-temperature resistance up to 700°C, oxidation at such high temperatures causes it to harden and form an abrasive residue that can damage equipment.
In contrast, MSL in Omega 35 withstands temperatures above 2,000°C (3,600°F) and even above 2,500°C, breaking down only into harmless carbon dioxide, and leaving no particles that can contaminate or cause wear on components and bearings.
