Description
Omega 33 is a special synthetic diester blend with a very high flash point. Additives, including the unique megalite enhancer, ensure resistance to very high temperatures, up to 315°C [600°F] [and for short intervals above that]. A viscosity improver using a 'hybrid polymer' has been developed to extend the service life of this lubricant.
Omega 33 is a completely new lubricant [revolutionary lubricant], meaning it is the first lubricant to utilize the capillary system to form a lubricating film. This means Inui lubricants remain stable even over temperature fluctuations, a major obstacle faced by all conventional greases. Omega 33's high-temperature resistance is nearly double that of conventional greases.
Special Network Protection
Omega 33 consists of a protective layer of fine fibers formed from a loose material called carbonitic black. This material keeps the lubricant structure/network static during operation at very high temperatures by forming a protective layer in the form of an outer skin that cannot be damaged and cannot be penetrated.
Reliability=
After application, Omega 33 stays in place. Its unique design allows it to form a heat-resistant outer layer, while the inner lubricant continues to work in extremely hot conditions.
