Campylobacter and Helicobacter prefer a humid environment. When culturing, make the jar humid as quickly as possible. This will result in larger colonies. Specifically, keep in mind two points: "Add water to the jar (about 20cc)" and "Do not let the surface of the medium dry out too much." Make sure the water in the jar does not come into direct contact with the agent. A jar with a divider is convenient.

It can be used for both Campylobacter and Helicobacter. It provides an optimal culture environment for both Campylobacter and Helicobacter. The type of agent can be selected depending on the size of the container. The agent will increase the oxygen concentration in the container to 6-12% and the carbon dioxide concentration to 5-8% (the above concentrations are reached in one hour).
