RS PRO Cat6 UTP Solid Cable
Category 6 or Cat 6 cable for short is the 6th generation of twisted pair Ethernet cabling that is widely used in both business and home network installations. It is commonly known as network cable, LAN or Ethernet cable. It consists of 4 twisted pairs of sheathed copper wire cable, able to support a high data transfer.
These RS PRO Cat 6 are unshielded twisted pairs (UTP), a popular type of cable consisting of two unshielded wires twisted around each other. Due to the cables being twisted together both cross-talk and system noise levels are reduced.
