The bridge of the clamp is intelligently designed for a superior grip on the bolt, while tenons secure it to the band which prevents any misplacement during use
In addition to this, the hex bolt offers extra depth which provides a secure grip for user safety, while being seamlessly connected with a locked-collar system allowing for free movement while still staying together as a single unit ensuring low free torque and the highest optimal tightening performance
The indented band design has purposely been designed with a smooth inner surface to avoid any unintended cuts on hoses and in turn ensuring secure installation and preventing any leakage
Made from 304 Stainless Steel, the clamp is designed to withstand challenging conditions in a range of demanding industrial and manufacturing environments that could see the clamp exposed to extreme temperature fluctuations, corrosive liquids or damp and can be spot welded in 4 areas if needed to enhance it’s strength and durability
Recommended tightening torque is 25 Nm
