Description
Milk pasteurization testing injectors introduce saline into the milk processing system. Probes detect the saline and time how long saline takes to flow through a holding tube. This meets the HTST (High Temperature Short Time) method of pasteurization which requires milk to maintain a temperature of 160°F for 15 seconds.
