Warning
*When inserting the HI-SD rod cartridge heater into a mold or hot plate with holes, heat the heater with the clearance between the heater outer diameter and the hole diameter as small as possible.*For hole processing, reaming is performed to ensure tight hole accuracy, and after processing, the surface should be thoroughly cleaned to remove any oil and other substances before inserting the heater.
*High insulation properties are maintained by using the heater at surface temperatures of 400°C or less.
*When tightening the set screw (set screw/grub screw), please be careful when using the product as tightening too hard to the point where the product deforms, which may damage the internal components of the product.
