Geared trolley adalah alat yang berfungsi untuk membantu proses bongkar muat barang maupun peralatan di industri-industri berat. Geared trolley berguna untuk menggerakan rantai blok ke samping kanan dan kiri secara horizontal.
Pada trolley hoist ini ada beberapa komponen diantaranya rantai standar yang ukurannya sekitar 3 meter untuk menggeser dan menggerek geared trolley pada sepanjang rel l-Beam, Wide Flange dan H-Beam.
