BITULINE PRIMER merupakan Emulsi bitumen non-ionik berkualitas tinggi yang diproduksi sesuai dengan TS113 yang dijadikan sebagai lapisan dasar sebelum aplikasi produk waterproofing membran bakar (BITULINE PP 300, PP 40M dan Bituline EP 400-AR).
Description
It is a primar material ready for use obtained by mixing water and bitumen after the evaporation of the structural water, makes a waterproof layer on the applied surface.
• Bituline primar is used as a priming coat before the application of all brands of bitumen membranes. Thanks to the superior sticking property, it provides a stronger and spaceless surface sticking for the bitumen membranes applied on it.
• It can be used on all horizontal and vertical surfaces, in closed areas like basement, cellar dungeon and in wet places like kitchen, bathroom, for insulation of the leakage water. It is also used in cracked surfaces or for insulation in the places where resisting to a higher water pressure is required together with the glass tulle, felt, insulation cloth etc.

Surface preparation the application surface should be without dust, rust, dirt, grease and oil and the loose parts should be scrapped out. the sharp points or horizontal-vertical joint places subject to cracking should be rounded.
Cleaning of the tools the cleaning of the tools is accomplished with soapy water just after the usage but with industrial type of solvents after it dried.

Warning
Precautions bituline primer should be prevented from freezing while in package.Keep off from the reach of the children.
The eyes and the skin should be protected while working with all kinds of chemicals.
Use
Application bituline primar should be applied as cold. After mixing with the water with 20% percentage, it is applied by grass brush, roller or gun.
It dries within about 4-5 hours depending on the weather conditions.
It should not apply in rainy days or with the temperatures lower than +5°C.
A new layer should not be applied before the previous one has fully dried.
