Estobond EC digunakan untuk merekatkan segmen beton pracetak guna menghasilkan sambungan yang tahan air dan struktural. Estobond EC juga cocok sebagai sealant untuk injeksi retakan epoksi dan pasta pengisi celah, grouting batang awal, menahan baut, dll., jika diperlukan material dengan konsistensi pasta.
Estobond EC adalah sistem resin epoksi dua komponen bebas pelarut yang terdiri dari campuran resin abu-abu dan pengeras dalam jumlah yang telah diukur sebelumnya untuk memudahkan pencampuran di lokasi. Estobond EC telah diformulasikan secara khusus untuk memenuhi persyaratan untuk merekatkan elemen beton prafabrikasi, seperti segmen jembatan.

Description
Estobond EC is a two component, solvent free epoxy resin system consisting of a mixed grey resin and hardener in pre-measured quantities for easy on-site mixing. Estobond EC has been specially formulated to meet the requirements for bonding prefabricated concrete elements, such as bridge segments.

Use
Estobond EC is used for bonding prefabricated concrete segments to provide a structural and water resistant joint. Estobond EC is also suitable as sealant for epoxy crack injection and a gap filling paste, grouting of starter bars, holding down bolts, etc, where a paste consistency materials is required.The mixed adhesive may be applied by spatula. Serrated trowel or glove protected hand depending upon the size and shape of the job. The mixed epoxy must be used within its specified pot life and all mating surfaces must be brought together within the contact time.
The Estobond EC should be used immediately after mixing or the pot life can be prolonged by spreading the mixed adhesive into a thin layer (less than 20 mm).
This will allow any exotherm to be dissipated.
