ERA PPR pipes, due to its high impact strength and light weight makes it most reliable and sophisticated system to be employed in plumbing applications and water supply(hot and cold).  
Scope:
PPR pipes and fittings are suitable for hot and cold water transfer in buildings, underfloor and central heating systems. They can also be used for air ducts in industry and agriculture.

These PPR systems have a high temperature and pressure resistance and are suitable for drinking water.  
PPR pipe has a smooth inner surface, thus not letting any calcification to happen inside the pipe.  
PPR is short for three types of polypropylene, also known as random copolymerization polypropylene tube, the use of hot welding, special welding and cutting tools, has high plasticity. The price is also economical. External insulation layer, insulation performance is better, the pipe wall is also very smooth, not including the internal and external wire joint. Generally used in embedded walls, or deep well embedded pipe. PPR pipe price is moderate, stable performance, heat insulation, corrosion resistance, the inner wall is smooth and no scaling, the pipeline system is safe and reliable, does not penetrate, the service life can be up to 50 years. But the construction technology requirements are high, need to use special tools and professionals for construction, in order to ensure the safety of the system.
Hygiene: no chemical effect, it is a green building material. PP-R raw material is polyolefin, its molecules are only composed of carbon and hydrogen elements, and its hygienic performance is reliable.
Installation is convenient and reliable: using hot-melt connection, a joint connection can be completed in a short time, making installation convenient and time-saving.
Insulation and energy saving: The thermal conductivity is 0.24W/m·k, which is only one-twentieth that of metal pipes. It is used in hot water pipes with very little heat loss.
Light weight and high specific strength: The specific gravity is about one of eight of steel pipes. It has high strength in pressure test, good toughness and good impact resistance.
The inner and outer walls of the product are smooth, the resistance to water flow is small, and the energy consumption of the fluid delivery system is low.
Strong heat resistance: the working temperature for conveying running water is 70°C for long-term use, and the high temperature resistance can reach 95°C for short-term use.
Corrosion-resistant and non-scaling: It can avoid scaling and clogging of pipes and yellow spots and rust in basins and bathtubs.
Long service life: the service life can be more than 50 years if used properly.
