Description
A checker that detects the generation of static electricity exceeding 5 kV / m and notifies with an alarm (at the reference distance)
It is possible to check the presence or absence of static electricity and measure the charging voltage.
You can constantly monitor the presence or absence of static electricity in the EPA (ESD protected area).
The charging voltage can be found by bringing the object of concern to charge close to the measurement reference distance of 25 mm.
With the ionizer, you can easily check the charging status of each work process, such as the work after static elimination, the board before and after the soldering work, and the tools before touching the ESDS.
It also has a simple measurement mode (measurement reference distance 150 mm) that allows you to roughly grasp the generation of static electricity.
By installing it at the entrance or passage of the EPA, it is possible to visualize in real time whether or not the worker, work, or work environment is charged (measured values measured outside the reference distance are guidelines). At either standard distance, an alarm will be issued if a value (5 kV / m) that exceeds the standard that cannot be brought into the EPA specified by the standard is detected.
* For products with a calibration certificate, a certificate with the purchaser's name will be created, so the company name etc. is required when ordering.

A checker that detects the occurrence of static electricity exceeding 5kV/m and issues an alarm (at a standard distance)It is possible to check for the presence of static electricity and measure the charged voltage.
It is possible to constantly monitor the presence or absence of static electricity in EPA (ESD protected areas).
You can find out the charged voltage by bringing the object you are concerned about charged closer to the measurement reference distance of 25 mm.
You can easily check the charging status of each work process, such as workpieces after neutralization with an ionizer, boards before and after soldering, and tools before touching ESDS.
It also has a simple measurement mode (measurement reference distance 150mm) that allows you to roughly understand the occurrence of static electricity.
By installing it at the entrance or passageway of an EPA, it is possible to visualize in real time whether moving workers, workpieces, or the work environment are charged (measured values measured at distances other than the standard distance are for reference only). At either standard distance, if a value (5kV/m) exceeding the standard stipulated by the EPA is prohibited, an alarm will be issued.
