Alpha Polish Mill V type ASPV insert.
With a wide range of insert grades, we can handle a wide range of work materials such as carbon steel, hardened steel, and aluminum.
The insert has three cutting edges.
1. Return cutting edge: Acts as a return cutting edge during reciprocating vertical machining.
2. Outer peripheral cutting edge: Acts as an outer peripheral cutting edge when machining side surfaces.
3. Front cutting edge: Works during bottom finishing. During vertical processing, it acts as an outward cutting edge.

* Please note that the JS coat does not respond to the energized touch sensor.
* For vertical processing, we recommend an insert without a secondary cutting edge. (MPHW0603 ○○ ZEL)
* Replace the insert as soon as possible to prevent damage due to excessive use.
* MZ1000 and BH250 are not suitable for wet cutting. Please use it in a dry type (air blow).
* Do not use water-insoluble cutting oil as it may cause a fire.
