Description
GC couplings are made up of an internal spur gear on the coupling case and an external spur gear with crowning on the coupling center that meshes with each other. They use an involute tooth profile, and the tooth tips and roots have a special shape that takes into account inclination and lubrication, so even if there is some inclination between the case and the center, they rotate at a constant speed and transmit power smoothly.
