- Install so that the roll widths of the spindle roll and the sub-spindle roll do not differ.
- Generally, if the roll gap is overtightened, the removal rate will increase, but rice crushing, skin slippage, etc. will occur and the roll will wear faster, so it is necessary to adjust the gap to an appropriate level. The gap between the rolls should be adjusted between 0.5 and 1.2 mm, and adjusted to the desired gap according to the removal rate and the quality of the rice.
- Please drop the fir continuously. The roll will wear abnormally and the removal rate will decrease.
- If foreign substances such as stones and nails are mixed in the fir, it may damage the roll. Be careful not to have any foreign matter in the fir.
- Store in a well-ventilated place with low humidity and out of direct sunlight.
