Elkalub High Temperature Grease

ELKALUB GLS 965/N3 is a high-temperature grease based on fully synthetic hydrocarbons (PAO) and a walk-stable polyurea thickener. The grease is suitable for temperature-loaded rolling and plain bearings and continuous temperatures up to 170 °C.
In this temperature range, sliders, guides and ejectors in injection moulds can also be reliably lubricated.
The combination of thickener, high base oil viscosity and additives results in very good fatigue strength and good wear protection, which is reflected in the corresponding FE-9 test.
ELKALUB GLS 965/N3 is adhesive and water-resistant even at high temperatures.
The resistance at elevated temperature is an advantage for high-speed machines in the printing industry (e.g. cam rollers on printing machines, embossing and punching tools).
