Debem DM-Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pump

Debem's magnetic drive centrifugal pumps are the ideal solution for numerous applications, including laboratory machines, medical equipment, photographic developing machines, X-ray processes, silver recovery systems, the graphics industry, heat exchangers, aquariums, water treatment, filtering systems, the galvanic and chemical industries, and the transfer of acids and corrosive fluids.
The DM pumps must be installed exclusively with the axis horizontal under head. Suitable devices must be included to avoid dry operation, the formation of vortexes, and the possible suction of air. The DM pumps must operate with the pump flooded.
These pumps are driven by a pair of magnets. The outer magnet is positioned on the motor shaft and transmits motion to the inner magnet, which is integrated with the hermetically sealed impeller. The pump impeller is not physically attached to the motor shaft, eliminating the need for seals and preventing any liquid leaks due to wear.
The pumping unit is constructed with a low number of components, making maintenance extremely easy. The standard materials used are polypropylene (PP) and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). The pumps cannot operate dry, and dirty liquids can reduce their lifespan.
