Produk ini bersih, tidak beracun dan non staining / tidak menimbulkan noda, pelumas berbasis PTFE semi-kering memberikan sifat gesekan rendah yang sangat baik dan mengurangi statis. Lapisan Film anti air melumasi pada kecepatan rendah dan beban sedang. Matrix Foodmax TFD dirancang untuk pengulangan aplikasi gerakan di lingkungan di mana pelumas yang tidak lengket diperlukan.
Setelah penyemprotan, itu akan membentuk lapisan film pelumas padat, tahan lama namun tidak menarik debu dan partikel halus lainnya yang mengendap di permukaan.
Sehingga bagian yang bergerak di lingkungan berdebu dapat bertahan lebih lama, bekerja lebih keras dan membutuhkan lebih sedikit perawatan saat dilapisi dengan Foodmax TFD pada kisaran suhu -20 hingga 120°C.
Foodmax TFD cocok untuk digunakan dalam industri makanan, kimia, percetakan dan industri lainnya yang membutuhkan pelumas bersih dan NSF H-1 approved.

Semi-dry foodgrade lubricant containing PTFE
This product is a clean, non-toxic and non staining semi-dry PTFE based lubricant providing excellent low friction properties and reduces static. The water repellent film lubricates at low speeds and medium loads. Foodmax TFD is designed for repetitive movement applications in environments where a non-sticky lubricant is required. After spraying, it will form a solid, durable lubricating film yet not attract dust and other fine particles that settle on surfaces. Moving parts in dusty environments therefore last longer, work harder and need less maintenance when coated with Foodmax TFD at a temperature range of -20 to 120°C.
Foodmax TFD Spray is suitable for use in food, chemical, printing and other industries requiring a clean lubricant. NSF H-1 approved.


How to use:
Substrates to be coated should be cleaned with Foodmax Clean or Foodmax Clean S and dry, free from contamination and residues such as dirt, grease or powder before applying Foodmax TFD Spray. Light abrasion followed by a solvent wipe will improve adhesion.
