- We do not deliver to private homes (single- family homes and collective housing).
- Depending on the delivery location, the delivery date may be postponed and additional shipping charges may be incurred.
- Because it will be delivered by a large vehicle of 4 tons or more, we may ask the customer to pick up the luggage from the truck depending on the delivery location.
- Delivery may be refused in some areas.
- We cannot deliver products directly from the manufacturer to individual homes.
- Please note that this includes cases where the building name cannot be distinguished from the exterior of the building.
