- If the delivery destination is a private house (detached house/apartment house), the shop name is required. Please note that delivery may not be possible if there is no store name.
- Depending on the delivery location, the delivery date may be postponed and additional shipping charges may be incurred.
- Since it will be delivered by a large vehicle of 4 tons or more, we may ask the customer to pick up the luggage to the truck depending on the delivery location.
- Delivery to places without parking space is not possible.
- The driver will not assist in unloading.
- The frame number differs depending on the motor series and the number of poles (2P, 4P, 6P), so be sure to select by the frame number, not by the output (kw).
