BIH Series rugged, durable tapes are designed to provide fast, efficient direct-contact heating on any surface or body, up to 1400°F. They are constructed of multistranded resistance wire with serpentine, woven heating elements. They are exceptionally flexible and durable to provide rapid thermal response. High-temperature tie-downs help to facilitate easy installation. Suitable for electrically conductive surfaces. Tapes require benchtop temperature controllers, available separately. Not for use over 900W. B00 Series heating tapes are constructed with knitted and braided fiberglass to help provide excellent flexibility, and exceptional durability. They are suitable for non-conductive electrical surfaces, such as glass. They include high-temperature tie-downs for easy installation.
