Flow control valve using SUS316 with excellent corrosion resistance. Like the tube fitting, it uses a lock claw mechanism that makes it easy to open the tube. External structural metal parts use SUS316, which has excellent corrosion resistance. FKM is used for the seal rubber material. Adopts a locking claw mechanism similar to tube fittings. Excellent operability when opening the tube. All parts used are oil-free. All used parts comply with the Food Sanitation Act.

*1.If the fluid used is chemicals, solvents, mixed gases, etc., check the chemical resistance before use. Depending on the conditions of use, it may cause damage to the fitting body, disconnection of the tube, or leakage. ※2.Do not use the product if it does not satisfy all the conditions described in the specifications when the fluid used is water or liquid. It may cause damage to the fitting body, disconnection of the tube, or leakage. *3.When adjusting the speed of the actuator, gradually open the needle of the body from the fully closed state. If the needle is open, there is a risk of the actuator popping out. Turning the needle clockwise closes it, and turning it counterclockwise opens it. *4.When adjusting the flow rate of the device, gradually open the body needle from the fully closed state. If the needle is open, a large flow rate will be instantly applied to the equipment, which may damage the equipment. ※5.Be sure to use the insert ring under the following operating conditions. Failure to do so may cause the tube to come off or leak.・When used in a fluid or environment with rapid temperature changes.・When used at high temperature. ※6.Do not use under conditions where the joint part oscillates or rotates. It may cause damage to the product and loosen screws. *7.Leakage is allowed for the controlled flow when the needle is fully closed, so please do not use it in a way that requires zero leakage. ※8.Be careful when installing the tapered pipe threads as they are not processed with Sealock. When using sealing tape or sealant on the threads, wrap or apply 1.5 to 2 ridges from the end face of the threads. *9. Corrosion resistance and dust generation depend on the operating environment. If you are concerned about the adverse effects on machines and equipment, please evaluate the use in advance according to the conditions of use. * When using water or other liquids, keep the surge pressure below the maximum operating pressure. *General tap water in Japan that does not contain foreign substances or contaminants can be used. If you use other water, please check with the actual machine evaluation. *Be sure to use an insert ring (WR) when using water or other liquids. *For chemicals, mixed gases, etc., compatibility with the manufacturer's specifications may differ depending on the conditions of use, so please check before use.
