Debris-resistant light-duty standard plate casters each have a thread guard that prevents thread and debris from getting into the caster's axle and damaging or contaminating it. This helps extend the life of the casters when they're used in dusty or dirty environments. They are suitable for transporting relatively light loads along smooth, flat surfaces in applications where they won't encounter shock loading, such as laundry rooms, textile factories, offices, retail stores, schools, and government buildings. The casters attach to the bottom of carts, dollies, tables, and similar equipment that will be moved manually at moderate speeds.
