Description
Stepped-shank thermowells have a reduced diameter at the tip compared to the base of the shank, allowing for a faster response time than other styles. They are appropriate for use in most light and medium-duty applications without very high temperatures or pressures. Low-lead compliant brass thermowells are used for contact with potable water.
