Literally, radial runout has a significant influence on the service life of high speed rotary cutting
tools.Our Radial runout & height testing device is born for the radial runout detection of milling
cutter, boring cutter and drill bit after clamping. In addition, while work with height gauge it will
be able to test various length of clamped cutting tools.
This device equiped principal axis which applies precision ball rotation shafting that can ensure
the runout of main axis goes under 0.003mm and runout of the far-end (300mm) on axis goes
under 0.005mm.
Meanwhile, base of this device adopts refractory tire precision casting process cooperating with
universal 3D lock’t magnetic base.
