Description
Pressure filter assemblies for hydraulic pressure lines are used to clean hydraulic oil or fluid in pressurized hydraulic systems. They include a housing head and a replaceable filter element and are designed for high flow rates and systems pressurized at 1,000 psi or higher. Pressure filters should be changed when they become dirty or clogged as a result of normal wear. Clean hydraulic fluid reduces contaminant buildup, reduces maintenance costs, and extends the working life of system components. They are installed between the pump and the valves and cylinders to protect them from wear and contamination.
