Description
Maintenance-free plastic flange-mount plain bearings resist rust and corrosion. They have a sphered inner ring with a convex outside diameter and an outer ring with a corresponding sphered concave inside surface. These bearings accommodate misalignment between the bearing shaft and housing. They are often used in pharmaceutical and marine applications where they are exposed to chemicals and salt water.
