The text on this sign is: "How To Properly Wash Your Hands; Because of the increased risk for flu, gastrointestinal and respiratory illness at this time of year, we ask that you take precautions to prevent the spread of germs.; 1 Wash; Wash hands with warm water and soap; 2 Lather; Lather well beyond your wrists; 3 Wash All Surfaces; Wash all surfaces thoroughly, including wrists, palms, back of hands, fingers and under finger nails.; 4 Rub Hands Together; Rub hands together for at least 30 seconds (Or sing Happy Birthday twice.); 5 Rinse; Rinse thoroughly and dry completely"
