DAYTON Transformer Cooling Fans

Guard- and tubular-mount transformer cooling fans blow air onto a transformer radiator to help regulate the temperature of an oil-cooled transformer. They help prevent overheating and reduce wear of transformers by circulating air around the radiator housing to speed cooling of oil within the radiator. These fans have a totally enclosed motor that keeps out dust and moisture and are thermally insulated for an extended life. They're typically used at power stations, large factories, and other installations with oil-cooled transformers. Guard-mount fans have loops that connect to a separate guard-mount mounting kit for attaching to a transformer. Tubular-mount fans have a frame that mounts directly to a transformer.
