Description
Truck-mounted grease spring-return hose reels are built with an extra-large chassis, dual-pedestal-style arms, and a dual-axle support system that reduces vibrations during use. The steel housing is powder-coated for corrosion resistance and includes external fluid paths with brass 90° full-flow NPT swivel inlets with nitrile seals. These high-pressure (over 3000 psi) reels mount to a truck and include an adjustable guide arm. These grease hose reels include SAE 100R16 #1 or #2 wire braid hose suitable for grease applications. Truck-mounted hose reels with grease hose are suitable for on- and off-road applications, on utility vehicles, and for construction sites.
