THERMOID Gasoline Hose Assemblies

Softwall NBR/PVC gasoline hose assemblies have a thermalon cover and are used for dispensing gasoline, ethanol blends, diesel, and biodiesel (B20, B60, B100) in automotive-refueling applications at service stations. Also known as curb pump hoses, the hoses are compatible with curb-pump self-service stations and sensitive electronic pumps. They have a softwall construction that is lighter and more flexible than hardwall hose. The hoses' tube is made from NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber) and PVC (polyvinyl chloride) and resists deterioration from fuel in the tube. The hoses' thermalon cover resists ozone and UV damage from exposure to sunlight. These hoses are reinforced with a spiral polyester cord, and they have a static wire that dissipates static charge to help prevent sparks that can ignite fumes or material inside the hose.
