These PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) chemical hose assemblies are used in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries. They comply with FDA requirements for use with food products. These hoses have male NPT (National Pipe Taper) fittings on their ends. The fittings have tapered threads that create a tight seal when connected to compatible equipment.
